Specifications & Rates
The covered arena measures 120' x 350' with two thirds being available for function space. Seating capacity is upwards of 800 under roof. We have ample parking for 300 cars on grassed surfaces.
Rental charge for the facility is $400 per day
Cleaning deposit $400, refundable if facility is left as you found it upon arrival
Misc. Optional charges:
1. Poloke Cafe is a board of health approved temporary kitchen, if has a gas barbecue, gas burners, refrigerator and a hot water basin. It can be rented for $150 per day .
2. Rolling of arena $100 to produce a hard dirt surface if desired for party or market
3. Labor to put up and take down livestock panels $75
4. Cattle rented at $25 per day, no outside cattle allowed
5. Horses boarded at $300 for pasture, $450 for stall (includes shavings and daily cleaning)
6. Riding Lessons are available for jumping, dressage, cattle work, roping and general riding
